Like many who have been reading this series, I was not expecting anyone but Frankie to be paired with Oliver. Oh, how we were all so incredibly wrong and these two authors proved why.

Briar is the perfect and unexpected match for Oliver in so many ways. The amnesia trope can easily go wrong when not written properly, but Leigh and Parker wrote this beautifully and I love how it all played out.

I want to say so much but don’t want to ruin anything accidentally. My Dark Prince is wonderful romantic story with quite a few tropes that readers will love seeing intertwined and coming together so perfectly.

Another perfect addition to this series.

This is how you end a great series! Perfect title for this book!

So Right starts off where So Rare ended and Abby keeps it engaging til the end.

I won’t give away any spoilers or even really get into details on what happens in this book. But just know that they all get their HEA and it’s the perfect ending to this story.

I will say this is one of my favorite polyamorous reads and have enjoyed Hunter and her men’s story. I loved how each book played out and Abby showed alot of character growth throughout each book.

This series is an absolute must-read!

I have literally stared at my computer for a few hours, trying to gather my thoughts on this.

All I have is – this book is a MUST READ. That’s all I keep thinking. So I am sure you are thinking, but why 4 stars and not 5 stars if it’s a MUST READ?

Well this book is marketed as a dark romance and while there are some romantic aspects to this story, I would be hesitant to call it a dark romance. Don’t get me wrong, I loved this story and the elements surrounding it, but I felt a bit letdown in the romance area.

Jennifer and Chelley deliver a suspenseful story that has some very dark elements that keeps readers engaged throughout the entirety of the story. This is what I loved most about this book – sitting at the edge of my seat, impatiently needing to know what happens next.

Overall, this is a great dark, suspenseful story. Just don’t expect too much in the romance area.

Not Your Biggest Fan was a very cute sports romance in Sara’s newest series, Not Yours.

I have always enjoyed Sara’s books as they are very light, hardly any drama or angst, lots of humor and characters that make you smile. And you get exactly that with this book.

The meet-cute between Harlow and Andy is very endearing and really sets the tone for this book. Harlow is quite the character and while she says she’s not like her father (Big Steve will be a fave of readers) she definitely exudes the same confidence and inner-strength he has. Andy was entertaining at times, but he really didn’t do much for me, but that didn’t deter me from enjoying the story.

As with most of Sara’s books, the story takes place over a short period of time and we get to see how these characters get to know one another and leaves their outcome open-ended (sometimes seen in other books of the series). I love that Sara’s books have this sort of ending for her characters because nothing is set in stone for them for the future and allows readers to create their own epilogue of sorts.

I am looking forward to more from this series and anxiously await to see who takes Dex down.

This was quite the wild ride and I loved every minute of it.

These books need to be read in order because there is an underlying plotline happening throughout each book. Each book does focus on a particular set of characters, but they all play into the underlying plotline, which just adds to the overall story.

Aleatha really knows how to write these mafia stories that keep readers engaged the whole time and flipping pages quickly. Her storytelling just pulls you in and leaves you wanting more.

Queens and Monsters truly showcases how well Aleatha intertwines the mafia/cartel worlds and how they “cater” to one another, when it fits their goals. There is so much going on but it’s never confusing to the reader and it all blends so seamlessly.

The blurb gives you all need to know going into this. I won’t spoil anything by attempting to give you any rundown of what happens in this book or any small parts because I loved seeing things unfold without any knowledge of anything but the blurb beforehand.

I am loving this series and cannot wait to see what she brings us in the next book.

This book had me all-in from the get-go. Hook. Line. Sinker.

Jane wrote this book flawlessly. From the characters, to the storyline, to the undeniable burning chemistry and how it played out and along with the plot. Jane merged all of it with impeccable plotting and it flowed beautifully.

Rodion and Amber were an absolute perfect match for one another in so many ways. The banter, push & pull, and hot-as-sin scenes (and not just those *ahem* scenes) it just added to the intensity of this book.

Let’s not forget this is a MAFIA romance. There is no shortage of drama & action as Rodion is out to prove to his brothers that he’s not the slacker they think he is.

I love this one so much more than the first & I’m excited to see what Jane delivers in the next books.

I know this will sound completely biased, but there isn’t anything by Jewel that I will not devour and love wholeheartedly.

Jewel’s writing is unbelievably captivating and no matter what the storyline, characters or overall plot, readers are enthralled with the entirety of the book.

Eve and Kyle’s story is quite the emotional yet hilarious journey that makes me smile and brings tears to my eyes at the same time. There is so much that these two endure, that I was really wondering, “will they get their HEA?”

I won’t say much more on this book. Jewel delivers another phenomenal and realistic story that readers will not be able to put down once they start.

You’re just going to leave us hanging like that!?!? That build-up and then the perfect pace that literally leaves us begging for more…

First and foremost, you can absolutely read this book with zero prior knowledge to any of the other books in this universe. Keary does a great job of describing this entire word in this book so you have an idea of what encompasses the universe, but doesn’t take away from this series and particular world.

Vengeance and Venom – they are out to get their own justice and answers but never expected to need the other. Nor to find solace and romance in one another.

Keary starts this series incredibly well and gives readers the slow-burn and perfect building blocks to what will be another phenomenal series. I enjoy the background of the Born and how they came to be. The history of Venom and his family and how all other families work together.

I want to say so much more, but want readers to experience this story the way I did – with very little knowledge except what the blurb says.

Keary delivers another heart-pumping , fast-paced paranormal story in her Blood Descendants Universe. I cannot wait for the next book.
