Sara Cate truly knows how to give not only her story many layers, but her characters. I love how this story flowed and how everything played out in the most natural and realistic way. Her writing truly breathed life into these characters and their story.

Sage and Adam may be complete opposites in every single way possible, but they also brought out the best (and dirtiest) in one another. The revelations (pun intended 😉) that each of them had as this story progressed was another layer to discovering who they were and what they wanted.

Sara blends everything in this book (suspense, spice, angst, drama, rollercoaster emotions) perfectly to deliver one hell of an intriguing and authentic story. You will love Sage and Adam’s story and be begging for more once it’s over.

This is just a small insight into Bastian Bishop’s mind. And oh what a mind it is to be trapped in.

Tempting Little Thief is Bastian Bishop’s story. I only read two books in the Brayshaw High series and I can with absolute certainty state that you can read this book with zero knowledge of that series. And if you never read any other book by Meagan because the Brayshaw series didn’t do it for you, I HIGHLY encourage you to give her another try with this one.

TLT is the start of her new series, Girls of Greyson, and is her best writing to date. I have read other standalone books by Meagan and I have enjoyed watching her writing grow with each release. But TLT is definitely Meagan at her best.

“But today’s truth often becomes tomorrow’s lie, almost always by accident.”

This story is very fast-paced, filled with drama and some great twists mixed in. It was thrilling to watch Bastian and Rocklin go from lust to love and their relationship build as the story unfolds. They are complete opposites in so many ways but also alike in many. I love the tit for tat between them – their banter just added to the chemistry between and helped solidify that strong foundation they needed.

There are a few areas where I felt things got a bit too unreal and felt a bit over the top (for me). However, those were very few and didn’t detract or stop me from reading.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed these characters and their story. I cannot wait to see what Meagan brings us next in this series.

Nicola has popped my M/M romance cherry and it was the perfect book to do so.

William’s story is one for the books. I felt his emotions coming off the pages and just wanted to swallow him up in hugs and love.

I won’t give his story away because it’s one that needs to blind. The blurb gives you and idea of what his story is about, but it’s experiencing everything that he feels and goes through that makes this book phenomenal.

I have to say that Nicola creates some of the best characters and makes them so relatable and easy to love.

There is so much growth and self-reflection in this book and it just really seeped into my soul.

I cannot wait for everyone to read this one.

Meet Kristen

The Scandal is a standalone romance within Proby’s Single in Seattle series.

I’m not normally one for insta-love stories but when it’s done right, I really enjoy them. And this is another that I absolutely enjoyed.

Stella finds herself needing to get an annulment and quickly. When she walks into the office of the attorney handling the paperwork, she’s knocked back a few steps. Grayson may be slightly older but there is an air about him that she finds absolutely attractive. And Grayson doesn’t mix words in letting her know just how he feels about her.

Kristen delivered this story with the perfectly. The pacing and timing of everything is right on the mark. I love the maturity of both Stella and Grayson and it just feeds into their attraction for one another. The secondary characters definitely add another layer into the story and just keep things very well rounded.

Another great book from Kristen!
