A Dose of Pretty Poison, an all-new angst-filled, brother’s best friend, new adult romance and the first book in the Pretty Poison Trilogy from USA Today Bestselling author Kelsey Clayton is available now!
If my parents had it their way, I’d be off at college. Instead, I’m drowning in secrets, every one of them involving my brother’s best friend.
Hayes Wilder is a walking red flag, warning me to stay away. And yet, all I can think about are his calloused hands on my skin. He’s a total player, on and off the ice, but right now, the only playing he wants to do is with me.
Sneaking around isn’t easy, especially when you live in a small town where nothing stays hidden. And when our secret ends up in the wrong hands, decisions and regrets come as a package deal.
I’ve got everything I’ve always wanted right in front of me. All my dreams lying at my feet. But I’m forced to decide if loving him is worth losing myself.
I wish someone would’ve told me that the prettiest of poisons are also the most lethal.
Oh, Kelsey – you naughty little thang…that’s quite the cliffy.
I’m all in!! I need the next book, pronto.
A Dose of Pretty Poison is probably the most accurate description of this book. It is sweet yet spicy!! The chemistry between Hayes and Laiken is strong enough to light my kindle on fire – DAYUM!!!
Kelsey starts this trilogy off brilliantly. She sets the story beautifully and builds it up just right. We see all the dynamics between each and every character, adding layers to a very captivating plot.
The flow of the story is perfect as readers see the relationship between Hayes and Laiken continue to escalate throughout the book and just when you think you know what’s going to happen – BAM. You’re at the end. Evil genius, Kelsey.
A highly recommended forbidden romance that you leaves you wanting more…
Pre-order A Drop Of Pretty Poison, the continuation of Hayes and Laiken’s story!
Anyone who says love isn’t complicated is a dirty liar. Ask me how I know…
I used to be a normal wife and mother with a perfectly happy life. Now I’m a divorced single mom who spent a night in jail after breaking into the hair salon my ex’s mistress owns.
What can I say? Not my proudest moment.
The only bright spot in that fiasco was the police officer who offered me a sexy, broad shoulder to cry on. William Bronson was a knight in shining armor. A romance novel hero in the flesh.
Then I showed up for work the next day and realized I’d be in charge of planning his fairy tale wedding…to someone else.
And that was just the start of my troubles—romantically and legally (don’t ask).
Now, I need to learn how to navigate my new reality and start building my own happily ever after. I have no idea if it will all end in love…or heartache. All I know for sure is that it’ll be complicated.
YESSSS, Jeannine!!!
Love this story so much!! Jeannine truly delivers a story that is so relatable on so many levels and shows you all the dimensions when it comes to love.
I absolutely love Melissa! Melissa is a character that women will feel a connection to in one way or another. She is what makes this story so relatable; her highs and her lows and everything in between.
I felt alot while reading this story. So many emotions ran through from sheer happiness, to gut wrenching tears and back to utter joy and laughter.
Jeannine gives reader a story that is so authentic, it’s impossible to not connect to these characters and their story. I want to say so much but I am so afraid to give away any good bits. u
Love…It’s Complicated. A story that everyone needs to read because it’s not just about the love of a couple. Love…it’s everywhere.

Hockey with benefits. That was what Mara proposed, and I was down. She said no feelings and she meant it. Just benefits. No strings attached. Nothing else. Not even friendship. College was her escape, including us. I didn’t have time for a girlfriend. I had classes, the team, my family, and the game. It was all working too… Until somewhere down the line, things got messy. Until somehow we were dealing with threats, secrets, rivals, and so much more. Until I began to want her in ways that weren’t part of the deal. Our agreement didn’t just get checked into the wall, it got obliterated.

Tijan is a New York Times Bestselling author that writes suspenseful and unpredictable novels. Her characters are strong, intense, and gut-wrenchingly real with a little bit of sass on the side. Tijan began writing after college and once she started, she was hooked. She’s written multi-bestsellers including the Fallen Crest series, Ryan’s Bed, Enemies and others.
She is currently writing many new books and series with an English Cocker she adores.
Hockey with Benefits is Tijan’s newest standalone and she nails this college sports.
Cruz and Mara have a no-friends with benefits agreement that works for the both of them. It’s just as unique as they are; these two are very complex characters in their own right.
I enjoyed getting to know them both as individuals and together as their agreement became more convoluted as the school semester moved along. These two definitely were hot between the sheets but as they let their walls crumble, they could see there was possibly more – but did either really want more?
These two plus their college roommates, friends and teammates rounded out this book so well. I enjoyed all the banter between everyone and could easily see each scene play out before me. While certain scenes were more emotional and heavier to go through, I found the lighter ones blended in perfectly to give this book a very well-rounded story.
Tijan delivers a very heavy plot that I will say could be triggering for some people. I loved that she kept it all real and authentic; no sugar coating from either side – just pure raw emotion. But at the same time, she gave us characters that we can easily relate to and would want as friends.

Running into your ex is never ideal. Running into your ex who is now dating your nemesis is a literal nightmare.
That’s how I found myself in a sheer panic, reaching for the closest guy at the bar and kissing him. And to my delight he was easily the most attractive man I’ve ever seen.
The only problem is, when I tried to walk away after thanking him for his help, he stopped me with three life-changing words . . .“You owe me.”
That’s how I found myself, a college girl, in a fake relationship with a professional hockey player ten years older than me.
At first it was easy. He helped me with my internship. I helped keep his ex away from him. We were becoming fast friends.
It wasn’t until he started staying the night at my dorm did the rules of our arrangement become complicated.
Now my feelings are involved and even though I kissed the right man at the right time, I’m worried he’s just waiting for the clock to run out.

“You first,” he finally said. “Why’d you quit escorting?” “You,” Ethan answered softly, even as saying the word aloud made him feel like there was a tremor deep inside his gut that might slowly but steadily send cracks running through him from head to toe. “I quit because of you.” Roman looked too stunned to speak. “I quit because I couldn’t stop seeing your face on that street corner. But I was still about fifteen grand short of what I needed to finish culinary school, so I flew back to South Carolina and I confronted the parents who banished me like I had the plague after I refused to renounce my sexuality for the benefit of their church friends. I told them they could either write me a check for the difference or I could set up shop in their backyard. I already had it on good authority that I’d have some pretty steady clients among their church friends.” Roman seemed stunned by the answer. When it was clear Ethan wasn’t going to say more, he broke the silence. “What did your parents do?” “They wrote me a check, and I was on my way.” It had been years since he’d told this story to anyone, and he’d only ever told it twice. He wasn’t prepared for how hollowed out and exhausted he’d feel once the words left him. Years since he’d ever had to see anyone react the way Roman was reacting now, wincing and making sad eyes over the heartless efficiency of the exchange. It was easier to keep your pain stuffed deep down when you never had to see anyone else react to hearing it for the first time. “Did you ever talk to them again?” Roman asked softly. “I believe you said you’d answer my question when I answered yours.” Roman sucked in a deep breath and stared down into his now empty glass. “She didn’t mean it but…” “But what?” “It was about my mom. She said I should do it because my mom would want me to live at my fullest potential, or whatever. And that’s when I realized I just…can’t be…” “Can’t be what?” Tears slipped down his face. “Homeless. Broke. Couch surfing. Again. Everything I saw in her eyes when I told her I was quitting school, when I told her I was throwing everything she’d given me down the drain.” He shot to his feet. “Roman, sit. Please.” “No. Look, this is what I have to do, okay? And I know you don’t approve, and I know you think I’ll fuck it up or lose my mind or whatever, but I’ve got no choice, okay? And I’m sorry if asking you to talk to me like this was inappropriate. But it’s my life, and I have to make my own decisions.” “I understand, but Roman—” He was striding toward the door on his powerful legs. “Roman!” When the entry door swung shut behind him, Ethan sprang from his feet, but by the time he reached the parking lot, the Bentley’s taillights were shrinking into the dark. He pulled out his phone.
I would never judge you.
He didn’t expect a response, but he was staring down at his phone, wondering if he’d been too hard on the guy. And wondering simultaneously if he should have tried harder to stop him. A guy he’d dated in France a few years back had yelled at him during one of their many fights that he needed to learn the difference between protecting someone and suffocating them. Where did tonight fall on the scale? You are not dating that young man, Ethan Blake. He was tempted to ignore the voice in his head because it sounded like his late mother’s. Imperious and dismissive and cold. But the only way to drown it out was to imagine taking Roman into his arms, holding him there, protecting him. Guiding him to the bed… Finally, he added.
Let me know when you get home safe. And never feel like you can’t call me.
He snagged a Diet Coke in a to-go cup and hit the road. He was almost home when his phone chimed with a new text
Home. Sorry.
When he reached the driveway for his parking lot, he stopped, knowing he’d lose cell service the second he descended under the building.
No matter what happens, your mother, wherever she is, is proud of you. Never forget that. I can hear it in all the stories you tell about her.
Unlike mine, he thought. When his vision misted and he found himself blinking back tears, he was shocked. He sat frozen behind the wheel before a neighbor’s headlights swung into alignment with his car. As he opened the door to his apartment, he saw he had another text from Roman.
You’re a good man, Ethan Blake.
Given their history, the words meant far more coming from Roman Walker than they would anyone else. He slept more peacefully than he thought he would. Until about three in the morning, when he woke from a dream of Roman Walker snuggling into bed next to him, whispering the words of his last text into his ear, their bodies entwined and grasping beneath the covers.

Samantha Young has revealed the gorgeous cover for The Love Plot!
Releasing: August 29, 2023
There’s a magnetic attraction when a happy-go-lucky gig worker agrees to a fake relationship with a rich, uptight New Yorker in this steamy romantic comedy from New York Times bestselling author Samantha Young. Star Shine Meadows is all about freedom, thanks to the hippie parents who raised her. Juggling her jobs as a professional costume character actor and a line sitter, she believes in no expectations, no stressful ambitions, and no-strings-attached relationships. So when she meets a birthday girl’s grumpy uncle while working a princess party, she can’t help but needle him. She’ll never see him again, and honestly, he’s pretty hot. Rafe Whitman may be a veterinarian with a great bedside manner, but that doesn’t mean his patience extends to anyone with opposable thumbs. His family will not stop nagging him about finding “the one,” so when he runs into obnoxiously cheery Star again, he makes her an offer: He’ll pay her more than she would make doing her odd jobs if she’ll pretend to be his girlfriend at family gatherings. She can stop sitting in line waiting for someone else’s new phone, and he’ll get his family off his back. When the tension between them heats to a breaking point, Star’s desire for “no strings” is tested against Rafe’s staunch stability. They say opposites attract, after all….

All of Me: The Complete Series, an angst-filled and heart-wrenching new-adult romance collection featuring Say I’m the One, Let Me Love You & Hold Me Close from USA Today & Wall Street Journal bestselling author Siobhan Davis is available now!
I’m head over heels in love with my best friend. Although, I can’t pinpoint exactly when Reeve Lancaster became my entire world.
Was it when we were little kids, practically brought up together, after Reeve’s mom died during childbirth and his dad subsequently fell apart? Or when I doodled his name in my school journal at age ten? Maybe it was when we became boyfriend and girlfriend at fourteen or when we shed our virginity at sixteen, pledging our forever?
I was there as his star ascended—like I’d always known it would—and there wasn’t a prouder person on the planet. As the only child of Hollywood’s golden couple, I’ve lived my life in the spotlight enough to know it wasn’t what I wanted for my future. But I sacrificed my own desires, because Reeve’s happiness meant everything to me.
Until he crushed my heart into itty-bitty pieces, forcing me to fly halfway around the world just to escape the gut-wrenching pain.
The opportunity to study at Trinity College Dublin came at the perfect moment, and I jumped at the chance without hesitation. If I’d known fate was meddling in my life, perhaps I would have chosen differently, but my future was cemented the instant I laid eyes on him.
Dillon O’Donoghue was Reeve’s polar opposite in every way, and perhaps, that’s why I felt drawn to him. He was the dark to my light. The thorn in my side, irritating me with his cold disdain, wild recklessness, and a burning rage hidden deep inside him that spoke to a silent part within me. Yet Dillon showed me what it was like to truly live, opening my eyes to endless possibilities.
What happened next was inevitable, and I only have myself to blame. He warned me, and I knew my reprieve was temporary, because there is only so far I can run.
Especially when fate hasn’t finished messing with me yet.
This is the perfect box set for Siobhan’s All of Me trilogy. Thr bonus content at the end which is only included in this box set was the best surprise.
Below are my reviews for each book.
Say I’m The One:
When the prologue has you feeling everything, you know the story is going to be wreck you in the best ways.
I truly have no idea how to even start this review. It has been days since I finished this book and I am still all up in my feels with this one.
Say I’m The One is the first book in Siobhan Davis’ All of Me duet and she grabs readers attention right from the start and never lets up on anything.
Vivien and Reeve grew up together and are high school sweethearts. They’ve been through everything together and with their solid foundation and strong bond, nothing has stopped these two from following their dreams. But life always loves to throw thing off kilter and their love is now being tested. Vivien chooses to transfer her studies for one semester to remove herself from the limelight and realign herself. It’s while she’s in Ireland, that she meets one of the most welcoming and heartwarming siblings. But one of them, Dillion isn’t so welcoming and she finds herself facing another dilemma before returning back home.
This book was everything I never knew I needed. The anguish, the anger, the love, the frustration, the confusion – I could go on and on. This book will take readers on a rollercoaster of emotions. It is intense, angsty, and riddled with so much heartfelt love – you truly feel your heart being pulled in every direction. I have so many questions. My brain will not stop overthinking everything.
Siobhan has delivered another jaw-dropping story that will have you teetering on the edge the entire time. Just when you think you know where this book is going, Siobhan throws another corkscrew into the plot and you’re left reeling with a whole other batch of emotions.
She does not let up on her readers and your heart will be fully vested in this one. Her writing is flawless and for as large as this book is, readers will devour this one quickly. Oh and the cliffhanger – yea, I am going to need someone to pick my jaw up off the floor.
I need book two now!!!! Pretty please.
Let Me Love You
I honestly have no clue how to write this one. Let Me Love You is the conclusion to the All of Me Duet and yes, you must read these in order. And you will devour both books in one sitting.
After finishing the first book, I was desperate to read this one and I am beyond grateful that Siobhan does not leave us dangling for long.
This duet is a very angsty and emotional journey. And I say journey because for a duet, it is longer than most. But that’s part of what makes this duet so great. Nothing is rushed, nothing is hurried and you feel every single thing these characters feel.
I can’t and won’t even give an iota of what happens in this book or the duet because it will easily give away plot points. Everything that happens is all woven together so intricately to make one of the most heartbreakingly beautiful stories I have read in a long time.
Not going to lie, I had a lot of feelings wrapped up this one. I hated the characters one minute, loved them the next and was bitter with them another time. I was all over the place. And it’s Siobhan’s writing and the depth she brings to her stories that creates these highly fueled emotions through the entirety of this book (and duet).
Siobhan delivers a story that will stay with you for a very long time. These characters have etched themselves into my soul. I did not want their story to end. I could live in their lives for a very long time.
Bravo Siobhan. Your art and talent never cease to amaze and I continued to be in awe of you. <3
Hold Me Close:
YESSSS!!! I was so excited to visit Dil & Viv again and Hold Me Close was exactly what I wanted.
Hold Me Close must be read after the other two books and gives you a glimpse of the lives of Dil & Viv and their kids seven years later.
Siobhan delivers her perfect angst and emotion filled story that truly focuses around their sons but still affects everyone around them.
Yes, there is some drama but this book truly felt like an overdue family reunion returning to this world.
Hold Me Close is an amazing, quick read that is very well written and the perfect novella to the All of Me duet.

As soon as we’re alone, the air shifts. Shadows dance across the tabletop. Megan’s jasmine perfume scents the air, and my body temperature rises.
I struggle to remember our conversation yesterday. I remind myself that my child—the same one that occupied the seat next to me a minute ago—is my priority. Over and over, I replay all the reasons why I can’t afford to get off track.
Why I can’t touch Megan Kramer.
My muscles tighten in my stomach and across the back of my neck as I lift my gaze from the tabletop to her.
She grins. It’s simple, but when coupled with the heat in her eyes, there’s nothing sweet about it. “That was fun.”
I hold her gaze, unable to look away.
This is the first day, Chase. Twenty-nine more to go. Don’t blow it already.
I smirk and push away from the table.
I need to put some distance between us before things get really fun.

Chase Marshall is many things:
An attentive single dad
Jaw-droppingly gorgeous
My employer for the next thirty days
He’s also the bane of my existence.
He swears I’m a never-ending headache—the most infuriating woman he’s ever met.
If I’m so irritating, then what’s up with the lingering looks when he thinks I’m not watching?
The seemingly innocent touches while making breakfast?
The smirk that graces his kissable lips after one of our verbal spars after his daughter has gone to bed?
One minute he’s coming to my rescue. The next second he’s complaining about how I fold his work shirts. Fine. Fold them yourself.
It turns out that the only time I don’t get under Chase’s skin is when I’m under him.
And that’s where things get complicated.

From New York Times bestselling author Penelope Ward comes a friends-to-lovers story spanning more than a decade…
At first, I thought I’d hate spending the summer with Archie Remington—the conceited son of my parents’ friends.
What I knew about Archie: he was gorgeous, pre-law, and had always treated me like I didn’t exist when we were younger.
When our families bought a house together on an island in Maine, he and I were forced to share a bathroom.
The boy I remembered was now a full-grown man—but with the same attitude.
After a rough start, Archie and I unexpectedly started getting along one day and eventually became friends. We shared secrets and bonded during our morning jogs. I discovered that Archie had a wild spirit and that he struggled to conform to his father’s expectations.
Things were cool until I had to go and ruin it, getting drunk one night, and blurting out my fantasy—involving him.
I took it back, but it was too late. Archie had heard me loud and clear. After that, we never quite knew how to toe the line.
When that summer came to an abrupt and shocking end, I headed back to college, unsure if anything would ever be the same again.
Across the miles over the years, he and I stayed in touch as friends, but fate and timing always kept us from becoming more.
You know the saying: If two people are meant to be, they’ll find their way back to each other?
Let’s just say Archie came back into my life in a way I would’ve never expected.
And this time, my heart would really be put to the test.
