There has not been a book Brittainy has written that I haven’t thoroughly enjoyed.

The Problem With Dating is a really enjoyable grumpy/sunshine romance with the right touch of humor added in.

I enjoyed watching the dynamics between Yara and Alex play out as I read this book. It felt natural watching two completely opposite people learn to navigate the other and slowly become more than they either could have guessed.

Brittainy truly has this amazing talent that makes her story feel so realistic. While I had some issues of my own with this story, overall I absolutely enjoyed it and loved both Yara and Alex.

Another amazing story by Brittainy that readers will absolutely love.

I mean, maybe it’s how it ends since I’ve been in this exact spot for the last two days without food or water, waiting for a rescue from my immortal friends, knowing full well they’re probably all just having sex and enjoying marital bliss without realizing I’m actually missing.

All around really upright kind of guy—or so I like to think. But do you know where that got me?

Bartending is looking great right now. Immortal life in my werewolf clan did not prepare me for this or the fact that saving one succubus would actually turn me into her prey.

The bruising and swelling on her face didn’t even hide how beautiful she was—or is.
Maybe my first wrong act was comforting her. Because the minute we touched, her eyes flashed a creepy red, and well…see also actual burning handcuffs around my wrists.
It’s clearly been a fun forty-eight hours. Maybe she’ll make it quick, though a weird part of me kind of wants my last few moments being sucked dry via sex to last for a while, so long that it’s all I focus on, all I care about, all I see.
I see visions of the future, but I never saw this.
So, strap in because I’m sure it’s going to be a great story. I just may not make it all the way to the end with you.

I devoured this quickly and thoroughly enjoyed this one.

If you have read any of RVD’s previous books in this series (The Dark Ones), you will absolutely love this novella. For new readers to this series, certain things may seem a bit confusing and feel overwhelmed, but just keep reading.

I absolutely loved Tarek & Lilith’s story. It was exactly what I needed.

New readers will get an idea on how all these characters relate to one another and because you will see how the secondary characters care for him, you get an idea of who he is. Lilith is bit harder to connect to but Rachel does a fairly good job of explaining her purpose.

Overall, a nice novella introducing all the characters in this series and supporting Tarek and his story.

Fate of A Faux is the conclusion to London and Knight’s story, but is the second book in Amo & Meagan’s Lords of Rathe series.

This story continues on where Fate of A Royal ended. If you read my review for that one, then you know as a PNR reader, I had mixed feelings on it but was still intrigued enough to continue the series. And I am absolutely glad that I did.

Fate of A Faux definitely has more world building and paranormal elements in it and isn’t as heavy on the romance, which is what I like in my PNR books. For me, this book actually has a great balance of the paranormal aspects and the romance/relationship aspects.

There is a lot more action and twists in this second book. We get to know more about London and her background; we see more of a connection between London and Knight and not just the hot chemistry between them.

The fact that this second book is more enticing and enjoyable than the first is a great indication that Amo and Meagan are learning how to write in this genre and continuously making each book better than the last.

I am looking forward to seeing them develop this world more and learning more about the other Lords and their stories.

This trilogy proves that B.B. can write in just about any genre. I signed up to read this trilogy because it’s by B.B. but also the title and cover grabbed my attention. I did not read the blurb til right before I started reading and that was when I realized I would be reading a dystopian novel, which I absolutely love, and I was like “hell yea!!”

B.B. did not let me down. If anything, she just made me love her writing even more.

Rain and Wes had two very different objectives with the “the world is ending” mentality. And then these two meet and things drastically change for them.

This trilogy moves at an extremely fast paced but it’s the perfect pace too. B.B. really knows how to build a world that you can visibly see in your mind and how everything plays out. You feel the everything that Rain and Wes go through, you empathize with them.

For as long as this trilogy is, it did not feel that long to me. I devoured this in two days because I could not put it down. I desperately needed to know what was going to happen next after each turn of the page.

I cannot say enough about this trilogy. It is absolutely phenomenal. And even if you don’t read dystopian, you definitely want to read this one.
