BLURB:
It finally happened, I lost my virginity. Cue applause and cheers.
For a while life was all rainbows and kittens prancing in a sky full of cotton candy clouds…that was until the demands of the real world set in.
My best friend is getting married and she asked me to be her maid of honor. She’s not worried about flowers, or the dress, or the food at the venue. No, she’s worried about the bachelorette party, what kind of penis crown she will wear, and the nipple size of the stripper who will be attending.
I’m in way over my head trying to balance life with a boyfriend, planning a penis party, and writing my romance novel. Something is bound to give.
Her bosom heaved at an alarming rate as his rough hand found its way down to her soft, yet wiry briar patch…
Can you say briar patch in a romance novel? What about meat sword? That’s what it is…a meat sword, right, all meaty and sword like, slaying through the inner dungeons of a woman’s dark desires. What about breasts? Do bosoms really heave?
God, I have no idea what happens when private parts touch.
I’m a virgin trying to write a romance novel and can’t seem to write past a sex scene thanks to my lack of experience.
My two best friends encourage me to drop the pen for a while and gain some real life practice through multiple dating facets such as blind dates, online profiles, and random hookups.
But losing my virginity is proving to be tougher than expected…
Born in New York and raised in Southern California, Meghan has grown into a sassy, peanut butter eating, blonde haired swearing, animal hoarding lady. She is known to bust out and dance if “It’s Raining Men” starts beating through the air and heaven forbid you get a margarita in her, protect your legs because they may be humped.
Once she started commuting for an hour and twenty minutes every day to work for three years, she began to have conversations play in her head, real life, deep male voices and dainty lady coos kind of conversations. Perturbed and confused, she decided to either see a therapist about the hot and steamy voices running through her head or start writing them down. She decided to go with the cheaper option and started writing… enter her first novel, Caught Looking.
Now you can find the spicy, most definitely on the border of lunacy, kind of crazy lady residing in Colorado with the love of her life and her five, furry four legged children, hiking a trail or hiding behind shelves at grocery stores, wondering what kind of lube the nervous stranger will bring home to his wife. Oh and she loves a good boob squeeze!
After two years in a coma, August Kinkaid has forgotten the darkness in his past. But his past hasn’t forgotten him. His beautiful former fiancée, Everly, remembers every tumultuous moment of their stormy relationship. The sizzling passion. The web of lies. And the terrible secret Everly’s been hiding since her last fateful night with August.
Now the truth is out and August remembers everything. As his long-buried memories come flooding back, he begins to understand why Everly would want to move on with her life. Why she would give her heart to another man. And why August should try to forget her once and for all.
But he can’t give up on the only woman he’s ever loved. Even if he has to reopen old wounds–and face the darkest demons of his past–August will do whatever it takes for a second chance with Everly. He let her slip away once. He’s not about to spend the rest of his life remembering Everly when he could be holding her in his arms forever . . .
So I was fortunate enough to be able to read Forgetting August and Remembering Everly back to back and not have the tortuous wait at the end of Forgetting August.
Remembering Everly takes off right from the WTF ending of Forgetting August and gets right into it. August is getting his memories back but as each memory surfaces, he’s realizing in order to really protect Everly, he must keep her away.
Everly is trying to move on with her life but no matter what, her heart belongs to August.
This book gives us all the answers to the questions we had in Forgetting August. August and Everly’s road to an HEA is definitely a rough one. But without all the ugliness, we can never truly appreciate the beauty in things.
While I found myself skimming parts of this book because they either felt repetitive or mundane to me, the overall plot was interesting. I love JL’s writing and always enjoy how she tells her stories.
Remembering Everly is told from both POV’s and with a story like this, it really helps to see everything from both perspectives. I definitely recommend this series. It’s a great romantic suspense to allow yourself to fall into.

“Listen to Me is a phenomenal start to a new series
that will hook the readers to the point of no return.” -Fiction Fangirls
Listen To Me is the first book in Kristen Proby’s newest series and as always, she nails it!! The title for this book is perfect is so many ways too. You just have to read the book to find out what I mean.
Addie and her four best friends open a restaurant and it’s quickly becoming a huge a hit. They all have their unique talents when it comes to running the business and they all mess extremely well together. I love all of them in their owns ways – they are 5 women I would love to have in my life.
Jake was part of a band called Hard Knox that dispersed a few years back and is now writing and producing music for huge musicians. However, he still misses playing music.
Addie has dated her fair share of musicians and everyone of them is like a rotating record – always playing the same tune and using her for what they want.
“And you fit.”
Addie’s restaurant wants to start having live music on the weekend and Jake is hired to be their entertainment. As much as Addie wants to stick to her “no more bad boy musician” rule, Jake is quick to prove to her that her notions couldn’t be further off.
I love watching Jake courting Addie. Whether either of them realized that’s what he was doing, it was beautiful. Watching these two flourish was simply breath taking. Kristen definitely knows how to write a beautiful love story. That’s not to say that there aren’t some bumps along the way, but it’s how they get their HEAthat is simply awesome. And let me tell you – Jake has to work for it. That’s all I am saying about that.
“We don’t need a song. We are a song.”
And these women – Addie, Kat, Cami, Mia and Riley. I can’t say enough awesomeness about them. I love how strong, independent, smart, self-confident and amazing these women are. Kristen has written some unbelievable characters with them and I can’t wait to see what she has in store for us with them!
About LISTEN TO ME:
In New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Kristen Proby’s brand new series, five best friends open a hot new restaurant, but one of them gets much more than she bargained for when a sexy former rock star walks through the doors—and into her heart.
Seduction is quickly becoming the hottest new restaurant in Portland, and Addison Wade is proud to claim 1/5 of the credit. She’s determined to make it a success and can’t think of a better way to bring in new customers than live music. But when former rock star Jake Keller swaggers through the doors to apply for the weekend gig, she knows she’s in trouble. Addie instantly recognizes him—his posters were plastered all over her bedroom walls in high school—he’s all bad boy…exactly her type and exactly what she doesn’t need.
Jake Keller walked away from the limelight five years ago and yearns to return to what’s always driven him: the music. If he gets to work for a smart-mouthed, funny-as-hell bombshell, all the better. But talking Addie into giving him the job is far easier than persuading her that he wants more than a romp in her bed. Just when she begins to drop her walls, Jake’s past finally catches up with him.
Will Addie be torn apart once again or will Jake be able to convince her to drown out her doubts and listen to her heart?
“The story is fresh, the characters are hot, the chemistry between Jake and Addison is through the roof, and the picture that Ms. Proby paints is vivid and energetic.” -Literati Literature Lovers

REVIEW
Mercy picks up right after how Reign ended. So if you haven’t read Reign yet, you need to or you will be utterly confused as to what is going.
Jillian and Zeek are on the run after both the law and Zeek’s uncle, who most likely has taken over Zeek’s MC. They have nowhere to go and really no idea who to trust. They end up in the last place Zeek thought he would ever find himself.
“I gave into temptation, I betrayed the code of blue, I fell for a criminal.”
Jillian is a complete mess. She’s reeling from her father’s death – Zeek being the one who murdered her father right in front of her. She’s at war with herself, Zeek and figuring out the truth to everything around her.
“I went against my brotherhood. I slept with a cop.”
Zeek’s main priority is keeping Jillian safe and protective – at any costs.
These two together are explosive – both inside and outside the bedroom. They push and battle one another on every level. I love it!!
“Our attraction was a mistake from the beginning, when that desire grew into love it become punishing. Our relationship is fucked up. Forbidden even.”
These two are in for one wild ride. There is so much action in this book. It’s non-stop pulse-pounding, in-your-face excitement that you’ll find yourself flying through the pages.
As always with M.N. she never lets us down with all the nuisances and unexpected curve balls thrown in. She delivers an action-packed, steamy suspenseful romance that will have your heart pumping!
EXCERPT
“Just—Just get in the shower,” he mutters, pulling back the shower curtain.
“Why are you doing all this?”
A pensive look crosses his face. “All of what?”
“This!” I wave my hands around. “Holding that nice old couple at gunpoint, in here with me. All of it?”
His eyes rake over me, and he shrugs. “So you could shower.”
“So you kidnapped a little old couple so I could shower?”
“Yep!”
It’s wrong, so wrong. Yet, I feel my chest tighten with longing and adoration. I like it. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME? I can’t help my attraction to him. His stare is cold, his calloused hands rough, but his draw is soft and alluring.
“You going to get in?” He flicks a brow at me.
M.N. Forgy was raised in Missouri where she still lives with her family. She’s a soccer mom by day and a saucy writer by night. M.N. Forgy started writing at a young age but never took it seriously until years later, as a stay-at-home mom, she opened her laptop and started writing again. As a role model for her children, she felt she couldn’t live with the “what if” anymore and finally took a chance on her character’s story. So, with her glass of wine in hand and a stray Barbie sharing her seat, she continues to create and please her fans.
After a career-ending accident, former NFL recruit Ian Hunter is back on campus—and he’s ready to get his new game on. As one of the masterminds behind Wingmen, Inc., a successful and secretive word-of-mouth dating service, he’s putting his extensive skills with women to work for the lovelorn. But when Blake Olson requests the services of Wingmen, Inc., Ian may have landed his most hopeless client yet.
From her frumpy athletic gear to her unfortunate choice of footwear, Blake is going to need a miracle if she wants to land her crush. At least with a professional matchmaker by her side she has a fighting chance. Ian knows that his advice and a makeover can turn Blake into another successful match. But as Blake begins the transformation from hot mess to smokin’ hot, Ian realizes he’s in danger of breaking his cardinal rule…
I absolutely love this book! I love going into a book and thinking I know what is going to happen but then being absolutely blown away by how the author delivers the whole story.
Rachel really knows how to suck you into a book and keep you glued to the pages. Had it not been a holiday weekend, I would have devoured this book in one sitting – no doubt. This book is amazing. The whole concept of Wingmen Inc is brilliant and the gentleman who run it are geniuses – one literally is. They are both hilarious and really know how to work people.
“So who better to teach women how not to get played than an actual player?”
Ian and Lex are two men I would love to have as friends in my life. Whether they will admit it or not, they both have hearts of gold and look for each other like brothers. They respect the women who come to them and need their help. Yes – they are players outside of their work, but they never mix business with pleasure and that says a lot about them.
And then comes along Blake – the woman who Ian swears has got to be there worse case ever. She is stuck in the 90’s with everything she has and is a virgin. So what happens when he finally gets her out of the baggy clothes and shows everyone that there actually is a hot female athlete underneath there?? And her mouth – HA!! Blake definitely gives both Ian and Lex a run for their money when she holds her own against them.
“Asshole, party of one? Oh, look, at table!”
I absolutely loved the banter between Lex and Ian. These two had me howling the whole time. Add in Ian’s bestfriend, Gabi and OMG – I almost peed myself a few times laughing so hard. These characters meshed so well together. And everything felt so real an natural. Their interactions, their conversations – everything was perfect!!
I can’t say enough how much I LOVE this book. The characters, the plot, the writing – everything was dead-on perfect. Another hit for Rachel and a fabulous start to an amazing series!
Blake let out another pitiful groan. “I don’t think it fits.”
“They measured you. It fits. Just, tell me if it looks okay so we can go.” I checked my watch. “Gabi said dinner was at six, and it’s already a quarter till.”
“This is too much pressure.” Her voice was frantic. “I can’t do this. I mean, how do I know if it looks good? They’re boobs.”
I groaned. “Boobs always look good. Believe me.”
“Boobs are gross!”
Said no man ever. Even the gay ones.
One of the salesladies eyed me up and down. “Are you two okay?”
“Great,” I chirped. “Just having a very heated discussion about the beauty of breasts.” I dipped my chin to Blake’s chest. “What are you? A double D?”
Scowling, she marched off.
Thank God.
“Blake,” I hissed.
No answer.
I’d never had such a difficult client. If anything, they jumped when I told them to, asked how high, and then kept jumping until I was satisfied. Blake fought me at every turn.
“Open the door before I crawl underneath it. I’ll pick the bras, you can close your eyes if you want so you don’t have to watch me look at you, alright? My stomach literally just ate my liver. I need protein. Open. The. Door.”
The door slowly creaked open. Taking advantage of the small crack of air, I pushed it farther, then clicked it shut behind me and turned around.
Blake was facing me, hands on hips, face beet-red, body . . . freaking perfect. My tongue almost lolled out, like a dog.
Most girls starve themselves to have abs like that, which was disgusting. But her abs? They had muscle, actual muscle, but still appeared feminine.
She also had a nice tan, just enough to show that she spent time outside or maybe just had naturally darker skin.
My throat went completely dry as I continued to stare.
“Well?” Her voice was weak. “How awful do I look? On a scale of one to ten?”
I’d convinced her to buy some new workout clothes to replace her old ones. I knew I’d never get her to actually completely change her style. She liked workout clothes? Fine, at least buy the kind that fit and actually point to the correct gender. I tried to steer her away from the boyfriend sweats and sweatshirts, but she eventually wore me down, so I told her if she bought at least five new Pink outfits that had spandex in them, I’d let her get one pair of ugly slouchy sweats. You’d think I’d just given her a million dollars, from her reaction.
Currently, she was sporting a short pair of bright-blue yoga shorts.
And a black push-up sports bra that did wonders for her boobs.
And the world just in general.
Holy shit.
I gulped as I became more and more irritated with the fact that my body was reacting as if it had never seen a girl without her shirt on before. “Blake, it’s great.”
“You sound bored!”
I had to, damn it! What did she want me to do? Sound interested? Turned-on? Intrigued? Curious? I was all those things. I just tried to ignorethe insanity bouncing around in my head and blurted, “Your boobs look really good. Perky, happy, just . . . awesome.”
Did I just call her boobs “happy”?
“You think?” She stared down at her breasts, then grabbed them.
Holy shit, was she seriously feeling herself up? I braced my hand against the door and sucked in a breath.
“They still feel comfortable,” she said.
“Do they?” I managed to choke out while she continued bouncing them a bit in her hands. Dear Lord, did she know what she was doing? Waving a flag in front of a bull. My jeans suddenly tight in all the wrong areas, I tried to envision Lex naked, anything to get my dick to clue in to the word “client,” meaning I was in a no-play zone.
Another first.
It was because I was hungry.
And Marissa? Melissa? Hadn’t satisfied me. I’d gotten off, and made sure she did too, but the entire experience left me feeling empty, bored, and—if I was being completely honest? A bit depressed. Besides, her tits paled in comparison. I had to wonder what the hell I’d been doing all my life if this was the first time I was having such a strong reaction to boobs.
Something about Blake had me wondering if I’d been satisfied at all up until this point. And I had no idea what the hell was so confusing about her, and about the situation. I was unable to put my finger on it, and the more I thought about it the more my head hurt.
Hunger does weird things to guys.
“Yeah.” More bouncing, then turning and staring in the mirror. I wasn’t sure what was worse. Her staring at her own boobs or touching them. “I’m just no good at this stuff. I didn’t grow up with a mom, and I hit puberty really early. The girls made fun of me, and the boys pointed.” Her shoulders slumped inward again.
Could we please go back to the bouncing? I was a fan of that Blake. The one that rolled up like an awkward armadillo? Not so much.

After that cliffhanger ending in FORGETTING AUGUST, we have been absolutely dying to get our hands on REMEMBERING EVERLY! And today it’s finally here – pick up the second part in the Lost & Found duet now!
About REMEMBERING EVERLY
He’s not about to spend the rest of his life remembering Everly when he could be holding her in his arms forever . . .
They had the ability to destroy lives, obliterate relationships and sabotage even the strongest partnerships. Big or small…it didn’t matter. Even the tiniest white lie had the power to corrode—to shatter and dismantle everything you loved.
I’d carried a secret so big, for so long that sometimes I felt physically weak from its weight. I had thought I could carry its burden to my grave—that eventually its truth would die along with me.
But secrets never die.
They live on far longer than we do, and they always find their way to the surface.
Mine certainly did.
Sitting alone in the apartment I shared with my fiancé, I gently rolled the smooth green stone between my thumb and forefinger, over and over, remembering the day it was returned to me.
In all our years together, I’d never seen August so cold. So lifeless.
It frightened me to my core.
But I still hadn’t told anyone. It had been three days and I had yet to tell my fiancé or best friend about the events that had taken place in that bridal shop. As far as Ryan and Sarah knew, August had rudely interrupted my bridal appointment to tell me he had his memories back—that was all.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Why hadn’t I elaborated? I didn’t want to admit my shame. I couldn’t share this secret, my darkest lie. What would they think of me? I was the reason August had been in that hospital bed for two years. And the worst part? I’d lied about it—to everyone.

He was happy to let his half-brother Terrence Blue run the club, but with Terrence’s womanizing ways and carefree attitude when it came to everything, he wasn’t sure if that was a good idea.
Terrence Blue wasn’t sure that was a good idea as well because it would cramp his style as a former patron of the club, but when he spotted virginal Staci Atussi starting at The Blue Room, he had a change of heart. Not only was Staci Atussi a knockout without knowing it, but she was the challenge he had been craving.
For Staci Atussi, working at The Blue Room was her solution to a desperate situation, but as she became integrated into the world of The Blue Room and the mysteries surrounding its patrons and the sexy Blues, she wondered if she had traded in her desperation for something far more sinister.

Danger, mysterious pasts, and passion come together in this new standalone contemporary romance novel from USA Today bestselling author, Rebecca Shea. Can Saige and Holt get over the past in order to have a future? Pick up DARE ME today and immerse yourself in the unforgettable moments where one dare spirals out of control and changes lives.
I dare you.
Five coworkers.
Four drinks.
Three glances.
Two fleeting smiles.
One dare.
A dare that will change my life.
That’s all it takes to send me plummeting into the arms of the mysterious Holt Hamilton. Behind his crystal blue eyes is a secret, one that screams danger but calls to me anyway.
When I started reading Dare Me, I had expected this to be a witty read with a touch of some sort of angst in it. What I didn’t expect was the emotions I would feel when everything I wasn’t expecting came to fruition.
“I dare you. Those three fucking words will get me every time.”
Dare Me has a little bit of everything mixed together. It’s witty and humorous, suspenseful and angst. I loved the characters – both main and secondary. I loved how Rebecca wrote this story and let it play out. It’s a slow build and then everything unfolds and you are left going through every emotion.
“Use your wings —soar. Embrace your life.”
The story is told from both Holt and Saige’s POV. Can I just point out that not only do I love the characters, but I freaking love their names! Anyway – the camaraderie between Saige and her coworkers and roommate is just amazing – so natural and real. The connection between Holt and Saige is sorta insta-love but neither admit it. But at the same time, they build upon it til they can’t lie to themselves or each other.
“What’re you doing to me? The same thing you’re doing to me.”
Another hit for Rebecca Shea. I really enjoyed reading this book. It’s got a lot of humor in it which keeps things light. Yet it doesn’t take away from the emotion where it’s needed. Overall, it’s a well rounded story that Rebecca wrote extremely well.
“Sometimes you have to take that leap…or that dare…so you can learn to live and love again! Saige and Holt’s story had me on a rollercoaster of emotions…” – Crystal, Barnes and Noble
“This book hooked me instantly, and kept me interested throughout. I didn’t want to put it down! Another winner from Rebecca Shea!!” – Not Your Mama’s Romance
“I just couldn’t get enough. DARE ME took my breath away!” – Shayna Renee’s Spicy Reviews

I have yet to read the firs two books (changing that shortly) but I wasn’t lost or confused once by anything.
“Mischief and mayhem and the promise of a blinding, blissful ride.”
This book is Lyrik and Tamar’s story and it’s one hell of push and pull. These two are made for each other – their chemistry is electrifying!! Lyrik oozes sexy and confidence yet behind that wall is a broken man. Tamar is as fiery and feisty as they come. But she too is running from something.
These two love the game of chase. Lyrik hasn’t really stopped chasing after Tamar when they met a year and Tamar won’t give in to his advances. Yet they tease the hell out of each other. They both want something that neither of them can give to the other. Together they know they’re a bad idea but who ever said that life was easy.
“You are everything I never expected. Never anticipated. Everything I never knew I’d need.”
Jackson weaved one hell of an emotional story. The story is told from both Lyrik and Tamar’s POV’s and this just allows you to feel so much more. You get to see the frustration, torment, yearning, heartache and fear in both their eyes. Yet see the hope, love, adoration and trust just poking through.
“And I can’t stop thinking that maybe you might need me just as bad as I need you,”
I absolutely loved this story. It’s one of heartache, learning to trust and love again. It’s an ugly path that leads to a beautiful journey.
Bright lights blinded from above and gleamed against the stark white floor. I hurtled down the narrow hall, desperate for escape.
With every pounding step, I felt the separation grow. A chasm rending and ripping until I felt myself splitting in two.
Gasping for breath, I stumbled out of the building and into the vacancy of the deep, deep night. Wind gusted, tumbling along the surface of the ground, a stir of agitation at my feet.
Above, the storm raged. Clouds dark and heavy and ominous.
Lightning struck. A crackle of energy shocked through the air. Wrapping me in coils of white-hot agony.
For a moment, I gave into it and let myself feel. I lifted my face to the tormented sky, hands gripping my hair as I screamed.
Screamed in anguish.
Screamed in regret.
Screamed loud enough I would never forget.
A crack of thunder opened the sky.
Rain poured.
My hands fisted at my sides, and I buried the memory of the way he’d felt in my arms, the memory of his face, in the deepest part of me, sealed it off and cemented my heart.
My spirit grasped and wove with the promise I had made him.
I will never fall in love again.
Not ever again.
Not after tonight.
A.L. Jackson is the New York Times bestselling author of contemporary and new adult romance.
She first found a love for writing during her days as a young mother and college student. She filled the journals she carried with short stories and poems used as an emotional outlet for the difficulties and joys she found in day-to-day life.
Years later, she shared a short story she’d been working on with her two closest friends and, with their encouragement, this story became her first full length novel. A.L. now spends her days writing in Southern Arizona where she lives with her husband and three children.

I wasn’t given a choice. Not when I did my first line of cocaine. Not when I became a single mother. But I changed, and every decision I’ve made was to protect myself and my son from my weaknesses—and my past.
Until Jude came along and made me question everything, even my own secrets.
The sins I carry with me can never be discovered. Life handed me broken bits of people and left me to construct my own world, and it’s too fragile to take a chance on Jude Mercer.
We write our own stories.
We build our own prisons.
We weave our own lies.
We commit the sins that bind us.
REVIEW
Geneva Lee is a new author to me so I had no idea what to expect when I started this. I had heard of her books prior and many people have raved about her but I personally have never read anything by her. And we’ll just say that after reading this, I will be reading more by Geneva.
“Hope that we’re still capable of change and believe there are blank pages to fill in our stories.”
This book definitely deals with some tougher issues. Geneva doesn’t dig too deep into the ugly sides of them but she doesn’t sugarcoat it either. She shows more of the side where other people’s actions affect those around them. And she did a great job of keeping it real and not making anything unrealistic.
“Face your past, then let it go.”
The story is told from the present with a mixture of parts of the past revealed, giving us a background on how everything happened. It’s a very fast paced story filled with tension, heartache, fear, and love. There are some twists in this book that I didn’t expect and made the book even more intense.
“That night she gave Grace a line of coke to help her forget something Faith couldn’t remember-and Grace could never forgive.”
All in all, this is great story with some impactful words. A book I recommend to anyone.
EXCERPT
“Maybe he was already as tightly wound as me, but I can’t help but squirm under his possessive stare. I ignite that ferocity. I’m the storm that unsettles the peaceful blue pools of his irises. And realizing that vanquishes my fear. Because I’ve undone this man.”
“I want to say something but my mouth is empty. Before I can find words his lips find mine instead. He crashes against me, and I’m powerless against his force. He’s washing me out into the unknown and I don’t care if I drown.
My body shapes to his as his hand slides under my ass, lifting me from my feet. I coil around him, instinctively pressing the core of my want against his groin. A low growl vibrates through him and his arms bind me closer.
I want as much of him as he’ll give me. It’s the only need I’m capable of processing and I open to him, allowing his tongue to stroke across my teeth and then massage over mine. It’s an invitation and I RSVP by tangling my fingers into his hair. I grip it tightly, desperate to possess him as fully as he has me.”
When he backs into the kitchen table, we both spring into action, unbuttoning and unbuckling as quickly as our impatient fingers allow. Wiggling off my jeans, I return my attention to his body. I trail my palm over the swirling black ink and then I lunge forward and sink my teeth into his skin.
“Christ, Sunshine,” he grunts, but before I can register it as a complaint, he’s pushed me flat against the table and unsnapped my bra. I move to slide it off and my wrist knocks over a box of crayons.
Our eyes lock as they scatter to the floor and before I can raise the white flag, I’m back in his arms. Jude kicks open the door leading to the garage.
“I’ll fix it later,” he promises, sweeping me out the door. Twirling me around, he barricades it with our bodies. “Hold on.”
“I wrap my arms around his shoulders and cling to him as he frees his dick. I feel its heat prod against my belly. His whiskers scratch against my cheek as his mouth slants toward my neck. “I can’t be patient,” he warns me.
“Don’t be,” I beg.
He doesn’t need coaxing. His hand slips between my thighs and shoves my panties to the side. My bare back smacks against the wood as he thrusts into me. Jude’s chest smashes against my breasts as his weight overwhelms me. I lose myself to the rhythm. To the crash and the ebb. There is only each stroke, and the glorious, violent inevitability of being abandoned and filled.”
