They came from two different worlds, a divide Riley was sure they couldn’t overcome, but Camden was convinced she was the one. Will Riley be able to let her guard down and let Camden in? Or will the Kiss Cam be their only sexy encounter?

Someone knocked on her studio door. She shot a quick glance at her watch.
Since when had Carrie ever been early? Especially for an afternoon of chocolate-biscuits therapy? She wasn’t due for another half an hour.
Another more-insistent knock came. “Okay, okay.” She glared at the empty canvas one more time before crossing the room, grabbing the doorknob, and pulling the door open. “Keep your pants…”
Icy shock froze Sienna. Her words died in her throat. Her mouth turned to dust.
Oh God.
The tall man with impossibly broad shoulders and thick black hair on her doorstep smiled, eyes sharp. “On?”
“What are you doing here?”
James Dyson, ruthless billionaire, media mogul, Time Australia’s Businessman of the Year, and the last man Sienna ever wanted to see again, slid his hands into his hip pockets. The firm muscles in his arms and shoulders flexed under his tailored designer suit, and Sienna’s pulse leaped away on a little excited masochistic trip at the sight. Stupid pulse. “I’m here to see you, Ms. Roberts.”
She raised her eyebrows, ignoring her gallivanting pulse. Getting excited over James Dyson was foolish. Getting excited over him again was just plain idiocy. “Is that right?” She crossed her arms over her breasts, staring him down. “If I remember correctly, only six months ago you told me never to come near or speak to a member of the Dyson family again. You seem to be breaking your own commandment.”
Dark, dark brown eyes studied her, and then James shrugged. “A man can change his mind.”
“The Dyson men don’t change their minds.” She narrowed her eyes. “You’re famous for it.”
An evil dimple appeared in his left cheek. “There are other…things…we’re famous for, Sienna. Don’t you want to find out what they are?”
His voice played with her senses, smooth and tantalizing like whiskey and honey. Swallowing a sudden flush of hot excitement, she met his dark stare.
The first time they’d been this close, he’d offered to buy her a drink. They’d flirted—her with an unschooled hesitancy, him with a mischievous glint in his eyes. Only when he’d found out who she was—twenty minutes into their playful and very mutual romantic advances—did their flirtation end.
The last time they’d been this close, he’d refused her entry to his brother’s funeral, his eyes unreadable, his jaw clenched, his words cutting and cruel.
He was the embodiment of everything she despised—money, power, greed. Getting excited in his presence was not only insane, it was admitting to the Devil her soul was up for grabs. “What I want, Mr. Dyson, is for you to leave. I’m expecting someone.”
A thick black eyebrow cocked. “Is he running late?”
“No. She isn’t.”
He ran his gaze over her body from head to toe in a languid inspection, taking in her old cropped tank top, paint-splattered boy-leg panties, and bare feet. Heat flushed through her cheeks at the realization she’d answered the door in her underwear, thinking the person on the other side was Carrie. It didn’t help that she remembered without any problem the compliment he’d paid her about her free-spirited nature to clothing during that first meeting. “I see,” he said. “Kinky.”
Oh I do like a revenge story! Mr. James Dyson is doing just that to Sienna Roberts. Lexxie Couper really captivated my attention in the beginning of the book. I just wanted to know why James wanted such revenge on Sienna so I kept reading and reading! My heart just went out to Sienna because she is working so hard to stay a float. Recently having to raise her fifteen old brother and pay for more bills for her imprisoned father, Sienna is taking on a huge art project that James is part of. This forces the two to become closer and soon James finds himself falling for Sienna. Now this is where is it gets good because he has revenge plans that are scheduled to be played out. Lexxie Couper certainly knows how to keep a reader invested in her book because I really wanted to see what happened.
One of my favorite story lines was Sienna and her brother Kyle. I found myself smiling at the banter between the two. James and Sienna are hot and passionate together which always makes a great read. I could really see them falling for each other.
I thought it got a bit rushed toward the end of the book with the story lines. However, some really enjoy reading books that have a fast ending. I would prefer if the stories where not so rushed to work themselves out. I did keep picking it up to see what would happen so it was overall a good read.
Lexxie Couper started writing when she was six and hasn’t stopped since. She’s not a deviant, but she does have a deviant’s imagination and a desire to entertain readers with her words. Add the two together and you get erotic romances that can make you laugh, cry, shake with fear or tremble with desire. Sometimes all at once.
When she’s not submerged in the worlds she creates, Lexxie’s life revolves around her family, a husband who thinks she’s insane, a indoor cat who likes to stalk shadows, and her daughters, who both utterly captured her heart and changed her life forever.

Finlay Thatcher is a lost soul, guilt-ridden after the death of her twin brother. When Alabama’s football coach gives her the opportunity to work for him, she knows it’s her chance to move on, even if it means living her brother’s dream.
Caden Brooks is Alabama’s star quarterback. He’s got it all. The attention of adoring fans. A girlfriend who’d do anything to hold on to him. And a future in the pros. He’s getting along just fine until Finlay steps into his life, despising him at first sight and pushing his buttons like no other.
Unfortunately for Finlay, and her attempt to keep Caden at arm’s length, there’s nothing Caden loves more than a challenge. The problem with this challenge is she comes with a secret that has the power to destroy everything.
“I think we got off on the wrong foot,” Brooks said, breaking the silence—and my counting streak.
I glanced over. “I didn’t think we were on any foot.”
He smiled, not easily put-off by my distaste for him. “I’m Caden.”
I tilted my head.
He smirked, well aware I knew who he was. “And you are?”
“Despite what most of your teammates think, I’m not Hey You, Sweetheart, or Water Girl. I’m Finlay.”
He pursed his lips as if considering if my name fit. “Well, it’s nice to meet you Finlay.” He didn’t say my name with a southern drawl, the way the local boys said it. It rolled off his tongue smoother. The way a west coaster would say it. “Finlay what?”
My heart drummed faster, and it had nothing to do with the run. It had to do with him being the last person I’d open up to about who I was—who my brother was. “Grace.” My middle name shot out, technically making it a half-truth and not a total lie. I pressed the button on my machine to slow my pace, needing to cool down before stopping completely.
“I like you,” Caden said.
My eyes cut back to his.
“Without the chip on your shoulder.”
“I don’t have a chip,” I growled.
He leveled me with unconvinced eyes, my tone speaking for itself.
“Ever think you just bring out the worst in me?”
He smiled. “Nope. But so you know, we’re not all Grady. I, for one, am a pretty decent guy.”
“So, the rumors should be ignored?”
“At all costs.”

Jamie Houston was supposed to just be Leda Riveau’s Thursday night (and maybe Friday morning) fun.
Leda has awesome brothers, friends who are as allergic to emotions as she is, and a great job. She’s back in her hometown, Maybelle County, after a romantic and professional disaster three years ago in Nashville. It might not be what she planned when she was a teenager, but it’s perfect.
Or, well, it’s almost perfect. Because Leda is still angry and bitter about Nashville, and everyone knows it. She hates romance and doesn’t do relationships, and her younger brother’s trying to get her to be nicer. But she’s not nice. She even has her own hashtag: #ledagoesnuclear.
Then she sees Jamie again, when he’s between serious girlfriends, and discovers that the chemistry she’s always suspected is right there, ready to explode if she lets it.
Jamie is a serial monogamist who’s always liked Leda, but the timing’s never been right. After he sees her while they’re both single for the first time since high school, he knows he wants to be with her. Everybody knows she doesn’t date and doesn’t get serious, but he’s always serious, especially because he has a three-year-old son and a three-hour commute to get from work to Leda.
What starts out as a casual Thursday night arrangement gets messy when Leda and Jamie also have interfering friends, sad brothers, a pushy mom, an amazing son, and chemistry so intense it’s scary.
How does a man who needs forever win a woman who hates romance?

I stalk-strolled towards her, my patience stretched paper-thin by desire.
I crowded close, so tall and wide that she couldn’t see anything else but me, and my hand cupped her waist. She stumbled against the wall, her feet wide apart to keep her balanced.
“You’re so damn tall,”I murmured. Still a few inches shorter than I was in her heels, she angled her head back, her hair scraping the textured wallpaper, to meet my eyes again. My thumb stroked in arcs over her hips and I saw her try to suppress a shiver. “You must be six-three in those heels. Usually I can’t look a woman in the eye unless we’re lying down.
”Her eyes flashed fire and she asked belligerently, “Are you going to keep me here till midnight?”
I ran my fingertips down her earlobes and chandelier earrings, not bothering to confirm what was obvious. I knew she didn’t want to go anywhere either. If Leda Riveau didn’t want to be somewhere, she sure as hell would’ve told me so and moved.
When the crowd screamed and chorused “Happy New Year,”I half-smiled.
My face dipped until the tips of our noses grazed together, testing the boundaries, and when she only parted her red lips, I laid mine against them for the first time.
Light flickered behind my closed eyelids as her mouth softened a fraction.
But I didn’t want her soft, I wanted her fierce and dynamic, so I caught her around the waist. My voice dropped in volume and register while I demanded, “Kiss me harder, Leda.”
Her arms wound around me and her nails dug into my neck, scratching hard as she swooped in and bit at my bottom lip before her nimble tongue pushed into my mouth.
I couldn’t have stopped the heartfelt moan that escaped into the air between our open lips.
But at the noise, she pulled back sharply and looked at me, brows creasing. I didn’t know what had made Dunk say what he had, but I knew plenty of gossip about everyone in Maybelle, and I’d never heard so much as a word about her sleeping around.
I wanted to reassure her, but I knew that the usual platitudes about how she was beautiful and Dunk was a fucking idiot wouldn’t work because they’d make her feel too vulnerable. My best shot was probably self-deprecation, to shift the attention to my shit and away from her.
So I hooked her hair behind her ears, smoothing the disarray I’d caused.
“Do you know how many women run from this?”I pointed at my eyes. “I always have to hide it. I haven’t been able to do that with you tonight, and all you’ve done is stare right back.”
“I, uh, like it. It makes me feel special,”she practically stammered. “And that’s incredibly…”She swallowed, her eyes dipping down to my mouth again. “…tempting.”
My gaze sharpened with desire. “I would like to make love with you.”
She jabbed a finger in my chest. “You cannot call it that,”she ordered. “No bullshit about how you were moon-eyed over me half our lives ago when we didn’t know shit about shit.”
I grabbed her finger and reeled her in.
“You can stare at me all you want,”she half-babbled, “but this is just good chemistry.”

Every small town has that one family that’s more savage than civilized. The ones that are more myth and legend than man. In Old Settlers, Oklahoma that’s the Bomar boys. Wild, reckless and vicious, they skirt the line of criminal and trip over it more often than not. They are their own punchline: white trash but proud beyond compare. Dirty and dangerously sexy, it’s best to steer clear of them or else risk your life… and your heart. These are their stories.Rachel Grant lives every day in fear. Scared that she’ll always be the kind of girl that nobody notices. Scared that her brother will figure out quiet doesn’t mean deaf or stupid and put together that she knows far more than she should. And what she knows has her fearing for her life because in a small town like Old settlers everybody knows that you don’t cross the Bomar boys. She needs help. Somebody she can trust. Somebody strong. Somebody that can protect her… and she knows just the guy.
Remy Bomar ran away from what being a Bomar meant when he was eighteen. Ten years later, he’s finally come home and he’s sworn that he’ll do anything to take back his place within the family. He didn’t protect the people he loved when he was young and he won’t make the same mistake again.
When the cute, shy, girl next door looks up at him with fear in her eyes, what he feels is far from simply protective. He wants her safe but he also wants her to be his. Being a Bomar, those two things have a tendency to be mutually exclusive, particularly since his family has a traitor hell bent on hitting them where it hurts.
What happens when the truth comes out? When Remy finds out she knows far more about the threat to his family than she’s been letting on? When Rachel has to choose between her family… or his? Will they find the strength they need to overcome their fears once and for all?
*No Fear is the third book in the Bomar Boys series but can be read as a stand-alone. Each book features one couple and a HEA but will build on each other so they are best read in order.
**Warning** – This book contains explicit language, sexual scenes and violence. Though not depicted, mentions of domestic violence are key to the story and can be a trigger for some.
So sometimes I read a book and I get a little butterfly or two in my stomach because I get so excited when two characters fall in love. Especially ones that are not suppose too be for each other. No Fear gave me so many butterflies I could not put the book down! I had to see what happen next and No Fear had me from page to page. Jess Bryant took me away and placed me in the world of Remy Bomar and I did not want to leave! OH that Remy! Yum. Bad Boy who protects his family at all cost and the girl he is falling for- I mean there just is no other way to write a romance. However, Jess Bryant throws in this incredible curve that makes you just want to wrap your arms around Rachel and hug her tight.
Rachel and Remy are the perfect book couple. The feelings that they share for each other really jumped off the pages and I just wanted them to work out so much! This book can be read as a standalone and I was not familiar with the Bomar Boys but you do not feel like you miss anything. I will tell you that I did start reading No Regrets because I am hooked. In fact, I hope more are to come of these boys because they all can tug at your heart!
Jess Bryant has always been a writer. As a little girl she spent hours in her room putting pen to paper and creating stories. She’s been reading and writing romance novels since she first stole a book from her aunt’s Harlequin collection when she was thirteen years old. She earned a degree in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma. When she’s not writing, Jess can usually be found curled up with a glass of wine and a good book or yelling at the television during sporting events with friends and family. They were real; they lived among us. As the sole witness to a brutal murder, Ryann Sinclair knew that better than anyone.
He’d been burned once, and Cashel Donovan swore it was the last time.
Until Ryann Sinclair walked back into his life.
She was fiercely protective of her heart, and he was hell-bent on protecting her.
Never one to back down from a challenge, he was determined to break her.
Just so he could be the one to put her back together.
It’s uttered so quietly, I assume she’s dreaming. Without turning to look at her, I take another step out of the room.
“Please.”
There is a desperate sound in her tone that seizes my heart and traps the air in my lungs. Turning back, I go to the side of the bed and crouch down, so I’m eye-level with her. Softly, I push the hair off her forehead and hold her gaze. All her defenses are down. If a person’s eyes are windows to their soul, I feel like I’m seeing into the depths of her. Seeing all the broken pieces.
And here we have it people…The first book to make me cry of the year-Healing the Broken by K. Street! Healing the Broken will grab your insides, hold them tight, then K. Street will let you go out of her grips and you will feel just as beaten down as Ryann Sinclair. K. Street wrote this book so vividly and with such emotion that it was just amazing! I wish I could really describe how beautifully written this book was. Street took an unapproachable subject matter and wrote it beautifully with such grace and style. I felt every emotion the characters did-happiness, sadness, broken, love, and the feeling of just giving up. To be able to feel of that while reading is truly unique and my hat is off to K. Street for making that possible.
Healing the Broken was not a rushed love story and truly did not leave any emotion unturned. When an author can make you see exactly what they are writing, to actually be able to visualize the events and actions let alone the characters, is truly an amazing gift.
Ryann Sinclair is not your ordinary character. She is trying to forget her past. However, her horrific past is what makes her strong but also can break her at any moment. Normally I see characters that are broken, cry and fall apart but Ryann has a badass side to her! Ryann also as a huge wall up that only Cash can penetrate.
Cash is well- just say hello to your new book boyfriend. Whew and let me tell you to have a man stand behind you, support you and be there for you in your best and darkest moments- isn’t that what we all want ladies? Cash is that guy. I adore this story and couple because there is not a moment he leaves her. When she pushes him away- he stays! I love that. I love that he never says enough of this. I love that K. Street doesn’t make them a typical couple in a romance novel.
