Shamron, a native of Michigan, has appeared in various national commercials, international publications, television, and feature films. FHM named her one of the 100 Sexiest Women in the World. She left the industry to focus on writing, one of her longtime passions.

Jacqueline Susann is the woman Shamron credits for influencing her to write her debut novel, Hollywood Strip; she considers Ms. Susann the unofficial “Godmother of Chick Lit.” A sequel, Beyond Hollywood Strip, was released in July of 2014.
